Therefore, when discussing Superstar, which contains whole foods that have been extracted through advanced processes into a highly active powder form (and are abundant and bio-available with many phytochemicals and nutrients), you will get A LOT more beneficial nutrients than just taking an isolated vitamin or mineral.
